Independent Living Skills (ILS) is designed to help people with mental disabilities, mental health conditions or chronic illnesses to gain independence. ILS workers are trainers who work one on one with a person to increase their skills. This program is similar in scope to In-Home Family Supports, but is designed for persons receiving CADI services.
